Celebrating World Breastfeeding Week and Highlighting Support for All Breastfeeding Women

Nine health facilities in the Sahil region, with ACRIF’s support, successfully conducted breastfeeding awareness events for World Breastfeeding Week! :earth_africa::breastfeeding: Attendees learned about the incredible benefits of breastfeeding and received valuable knowledge about mother and child health, aligning with the 2024 World Breastfeeding Week theme: “Close the Gap: Breastfeeding Support for All.”

These events emphasized the importance of breastfeeding and the need for comprehensive support systems to ensure all mothers have the necessary resources. ACRIF remains committed to supporting breastfeeding mothers through education, resources, and community initiatives.
