About ACRIF
The African Children’s Rights Foundation (ACRIF), formerly known as ANPPCAN Somaliland, is a child rights organization established in 2008 with its headquarters in Hargeisa, Somaliland. ACRIF is dedicated to advancing children’s rights and promoting equality for girls and boys across Somaliland. Our mission is to foster just and equitable societies by working alongside children, young people, and our partners to address the challenges they face and develop sustainable solutions. ACRIF’s work spans across various sectors, including health, education, child protection, and humanitarian aid.
Invitation for Pre-Qualification of Suppliers
ACRIF invites eligible and qualified suppliers to apply for inclusion in its Pre-Qualified Suppliers List for 2026/2027. The pre-qualification covers a wide range of goods and services, including consultancy, IT and communications, logistics and transport, medical and laboratory supplies, works and maintenance, and general supplies.
Submission Requirements
To be eligible for technical evaluation, applicants must provide:
- Legal: Valid 2026 Business registration, incorporation, and tax compliance.
- Financial: Bank statements or financial records proving stability.
- Experience: Evidence of past work, recommendation letters, and technical references.
- Personnel: CVs and qualifications of key staff (Essential for Policy/Toxicology roles).
- Presence: Proof of physical business address (Utility bills or Lease agreement).
