Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, a Google IT Support Professional Certificate, CompTIA A+ and is currently pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) in Information Technology Management. Demonstrates extensive expertise in IT systems administration, technical support, hardware and software troubleshooting, , website administration, digital communications, graphic and web design, branding, and multimedia content development. Recognized for strengthening organizational digital presence through website management, social media strategy, online branding, and the production of high-quality communication materials, while providing reliable IT support, maintaining technology infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the efficient operation of information systems.
